Peter Lattey, will be the speaker at the September 2 Zoom Meeting. He developed a passion for international development in the 1970’s when he spent two years in Papua New Guinea with CUSO (Canadian Peace Corp equivalent). Rotary has given him the opportunity to pursue that passion. Peter has been the primary contact on eight Rotary global grants providing clean water and sanitation to 30 primary schools and seven villages affecting over 40,000 people. He has travelled to Kenya 10 times and led three Rotary Safari’s to Kenya to see the wildlife, Kenyan Culture and dedicate Rotary Water projects. Click here to join the meeting on Zoom. |

District Governor Brady Connell will speaking at the club at the September 23 Lunch Meeting. Brady has been a Rotarian since 2015 when he joined the Rotary Club of Playa Venice Sunrise Rotary Club. He's a champion for service, bringing leadership, creativity, and passion to every role he undertakes. He served as Senior Assistant Governor – Membership from 2021 to 2024 and as Assistant Governor in 2020-21, playing a pivotal role in strengthening membership and engagement within Rotary District 5280.
